Hosting Agreement


The hosting of non-European foreign researchers and teacher-researchers at the Université Clermont Auvergne requires the establishment of a hosting agreement with a view to the issuance of a visa or a residence permit mentioning Talent – researcher (Talent-chercheur).
  • The hosting agreement must be drawn up by the host organization and signed by the University's official representative (President).
  • The agreement must be drawn up by the hosting structure at least 2 months before the start of the stay.
  • The processing time for a hosting agreement by the Euraxess Auvergne center is approximately one week.
 

Conditions for obtaining a hosting agreement for researchers (subject to change):

Note: hosting agreement for visiting researcher cannot exceed 1 year

Laboratory hosting contract (DRED service)
PhD student / Researcher with CSR

Grant (foreign organization and/or host laboratory supplement)

€2200 brut minimum
(otherwise, student visa application)

 Certificate of grant for duration of stay

« Convention de séjour de recherche » (Research residence agreement, DRED service)
