The International Relations & Francophonie Office (IRO) of Clermont Auvergne University (UCA) oversees international and european projects in line with the institution's international strategy.
Its main missions are:
  • Supporting the mobility of students, faculty, and staff whether they are going abroad or joining UCA
  • Informing and assisting international audiences with their settlement in France
  • Developing partnerships with universities and public institutions both nationally and internationally
  • Coordinating the European alliance ARTEMIS (Alliance for Regional Transition, Equality, Mobility, Inclusion, and Sustainability) strengthening its role in European-scale projects
Finally, the IRO is committed to establish Clermont Auvergne University as a key player in international cooperation within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and across France.
